Return and Product Production Policies
Personalized Items
We ask that you place your order carefully as ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON PERSONALIZED ITEMS as they are considered custom items made specifically to your instructions. When placing your order, please ask all questions, via email or telephone call, prior to order completion so that you can be sure your order will turn out exactly as you wish. We regret that all monogrammed, embroidered, engraved and personalized orders are no returnable and refunds will not be permitted.
When ordering an item with a monogram, please note that the "traditional monograms" are placed in order of first name, last name and middle name. It is also traditional that the middle letter is larger than the two surrounding letters. For example, Anna Kate Pearce would look like this:

Non-Personalized Item
For items
that are not personalized (i.e. items without monograms, embroidered names or initials or engraving) can be returned to JennaBenna for a store credit/voucher within 30
days of receipt. Please follow instructions for returns listed below.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your order arrives either damaged
or defective, this must be reported immediately to
qualify for a replacement. Personalized items that arrive damaged or defective will be replaced with the same item upon return of the damaged goods.

Information on Shipping Times
Jewelry and gifts, when NOT personalized,
will ship from our store within 3-5 business days and time of arrival
depends on your location (all items shipped from Florida).
Personalized
jewelry and gifts (excluding embroidered items) will usually ship from
our store within 5 business days and again, time of arrival depends on
your location.
Embroidery items can
ship within 5 business days, however, some more intricate pieces can
take a little longer. Most will ship within 7 to 10 business days.
Some of our greek jewelry pieces can take a little longer and we will let you know if that is the case.
Personalized
PSA address stamps ship directly from the PSA factory and usually take
2 weeks. We have found though, that some do ship quicker depending on
when they are ordered (beginning of the week instead of the end)
We
offer free shipping on all orders over $150 with the exception of bulk
orders which require separate shipping charges due to weight and volume.
Feel
free to ask about priority and express shipping if you need your items
in a hurry and we can personally accommodate your needs.
