| Vera Bradley and Lilly Pulitzer fabrics are an additional fee PER PRODUCT, not PER letter.
| | | | | Since each product is custom made to order, there are no returns. Feel free to contact us with ANY questions regarding color or fabric combinations and we will be happy to assist you. Please note, since letters are cut out of large bolts and pieces of fabric, there is no way to guarantee that any part of a pattern, design, color or object will appear in your order. We can try our best to accommodate your requests but, cannot under any circumstances guarantee what your letters will look like. This is the beauty of our letters, however, as you truly are receiving a custom product as no two shirts look the same!!
If you are interested in guaranteeing your letters will contain a certain color, pattern, object or design, we will have to charge an $8.00 PER LETTER custom fee. Please contact us for more information and to add this charge to your item fee.

Monogrammed and custom fabric letter items are NON-REFUNDABLE due to the fact that they are custom made. PLEASE ORDER CAREFULLY and contact us with any questions regarding color combinations before you order to insure you are getting exactly what you want.

entering letters - be sure and enter initials as
First - Last - Middle - IN THAT ORDER! |

(Normally used for females only) is done
by using a monogram font that has a large
initial in the middle with a smaller one
on either side, the larger initial will
always represent the last name. |

Monograms are done by using a
